Triton-Elements

Together with our Triton-Element frame we primarily focus on longevity and flexibility. So we use very robust, 3.0 mm heavy outside profiles. At some elements we even use 3.5 mm heavy outside profiles. We use high-quality S 355 MC-/QStE 380-Steel. That ensures the huge period of huge permanent aligned elements und high full-surface demand [82.5 kN / m²].

Triton-Elements are equipped almost throughout with lever angles, which enable a material conserving fine adjustment without adoption of hammers. That means: Less dents and deformations and so a longer durability.

The Triton-Elements are powder-coated so they are protected best possible against corrosion and can be cleaned without a high use of bat wash. We can carry out the powder coating if desired in every RAL – Colour. The additional cavity sealing conserves the elements from the inside and protects your investment.
