As renovator we can see daily, what is improvable in the area of formwork technique. Out of this experience we develop products like our covered with unique plastics hewaSchalhaut "GEN II". Or the force-fit V-Nut, with which we add the slotted formwork plates absolutely succinct at big elements.
Now we would like to present you two developments of schaltec: Triton - the robust and 100 percent compatible frame formwork in 30 cm grid. Adapted to that we constructed the multifunction formwork lock MFC.
And because every product has to correspond to your desires, the Triton elements are powder-coated on demand in every RAL – colour.
According to your wishes you can choose between three formwork facings:
The phenolic resin covered classic; the hewa GEN II – the bestseller coated with plastics of our company or laminaeX – the sandwich plate with light plastic core, aluminium reinforcement and thermoplastic covering.
With the Triton frame formwork and the numerous equipment possibilities, we can offer you once again an interesting and conclusive product.

and high-performance machines. We use one of the biggest
CNC – plate machining centres in Europe. The element
frames are produced by two high-performance
robots at the same time.
